We purchased our first home back in 2009 when we were just 24 years old. We had been looking half-heartedly for a few months, debating on whether it was the right time to buy, or not. We had been in the area since 2007, were both gainfully employed and the real estate market had been growing more and more enticing for first time home buyers.
